i. The crew

Our organizational structure is developing, while we develop the structural organization.

We are letting leadership emerge while we work with professional structural engineers to design the Temple’s framing.

The crew will be a mix of Temple veterans and Temple newcomers, so there are chances both to teach and to learn, and leadership will follow the same model. Construction kicks off in early spring 2027.
